These coaching sessions are designed to be an immediate and confidential resource for navigating complicated conversations with coworkers.
This 45 minute session is for those circumstances that are messy and complicated. There is likely a lot to unpack, multiple relationship dynamics to navigate, and you are feeling at a loss for what to say and how to say it.
During the session Heather will help you gain perspective and identify language to help difficult conversations go as smoothly as possible.
Here are a few situations where Heather can help:
- Prepping for a meeting with someone with a “bullying” communication style.
- Addressing a coworker who seems to be struggling but hasn’t asked for support yet.
- Shifting a toxic team dynamic and addressing internal gossip.
- Wanting to confidently self-disclose a personal or mental health situation to a coworker or employer.
- Seeking advice on how to lead a “difficult” team member.
- Creating feedback language for a coworker who lives with neurodivergence.
A session with Heather includes:
- One-on-one time to construct a plan for effective conversations
- Development of language and communication tools to maintain relationships
- Flexibility to facilitate recurring or as-needed appointment times
